Shoshanna Robinson, PharmD, MS

I am currently a pharmacist at Emory Winship Cancer Institute in Atlanta, GA. After extensive experiences with traditional pharmacy therapeutics in oncology and various disease states, I became interested in pursuing an education in medical cannabis to utilize cannabis therapeutics, while decreasing the adverse effects and toxicities of traditional pharmaceuticals. Furthermore, I have a goal of decreasing opioid use and addictions for chronic pain. I completed the Master of Science (MS) in Medical Cannabis Science and Therapeutics program at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy geared to support patients, the medical cannabis industry, research, and develop well-informed medical cannabis policies in 2022. I am an active member in the International Society of Cannabis Pharmacists (ISCPh) and aspire to build my knowledge on medical cannabis use in a variety of disease states and apply it to personalized medication management.
