Michelle Morris, JD, MS

Michelle Morris took her 25 years of Regulatory and Compliance expertise and entered the Cannabis space in 2017. She started working as an associate in a Cannabis consulting firm. In 2019, Michelle ventured out on her own and founded Green Mystic Consulting. Michelle serves as a Fractional or consulting Chief Compliance Officer, building compliance programs and designing SOPs for new and struggling cannabis businesses. Ms. Morris’ strong background in regulations is credited for her success in writing competitive license applications and her clients being awarded Phase I and II cannabis business licenses in several states. Most recently, Ms. Morris and her team have been subcontracted to evaluate and score new competitive license applications in multiple states.
