In 2023, Kelsey completed her graduated level degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore in Medical Cannabis Science and Therapeutics. In 2020, she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Science focused in Food Science and Nutrition with a concentration in human nutrition and dietetics. Currently, Kelsey works as a budtender in the retail cannabis space. In the future, she hopes to focus on cannabis education/consulting, specifically as it relates to nutrition-related conditions.
