Upon receiving my graduate degree in Medical Cannabis Science and Therapeutics from UMB, my goals focus on informing state and federal shifts in cannabis regulations. I am an advisor for CFCR (The Council for Federal Cannabis Regulation) on their Scientific & Regulatory Sub-Committee and have presented at the Food and Drug Law Institute’s Cannabis Conference on Improving Patient Access to Medical Cannabis and Prioritizing Research Needs.
In my conversations between cannabis industry professionals and regulators, I have come to recognize that we ultimately have a shared vision that includes safety, accountability and access, with an opportunity to include all communities and protect the most vulnerable patient populations post prohibition.
I bring over a decade of entrepreneurial experience as an integrated health professional in diverse populations managing complex chronic conditions. I am a leadership and professional development coach and have worked to support leaders in profit-seeking and non-profit settings.
